I bought this Smart almost new, it was 6 months old and had 4000km. I really like it, it's a small toy, easy to use and not expensive to operate.
Some people (my wife) will complain that this car is not convenient, this is obviously not true here after some pictures to prove you that this car is stronger and spacier than people say. Not only the car is big (not huge, just big) but it is also very strong and is equipped with a 700cc 3 cylinders engine (only 150cc less than my bike) and weights 600kg. It makes of the Smart roadster the perfect vehicle for big trailer.
Storage, the Smart roadster is equipped with two huge storage zones. Primary one is at the rear of the vehicle and can easy support either two jackets or a coat. I can even store my Laptop with my jacket without any trouble. For shopping it is the perfect tool as it avoid you from buying stuff you do not need. I use this car almost every week when going to the airport for my professional trips and my suitcase fit easily on passenger seat. Last but not least if you have something really huge to transport you can still open the roof. Without any doubt this car is design for mass transportation.
Rear storage is especially big, almost 1m long (39 inches) 38cm wide (15 inches) for 15cm of height (6 inches). As you can see in the picture two set of yaourts "velouté Danone" can easy fit on top of each other without unpacking them. The booth design is very ecological and you do not need plastic bad as stuff are directly lock by the body of the car.
